66576 'Hamburg Sud Advantage' with bright morning sunshine reflecting off the bodyside as it leads an intermodal south through Rugby on 27/10/06.

66577 leads a well loaded intermodal north through Stratford on the afternoon of 04/07/08.

66579 returns south later in the day and the weather makes an improvement in this view at the north end of Nuneaton station on 21/02/07.

Yet another intermodal at Ipswich - this time it is the turn of 66579 as it heads south with a fully loaded train on 17/04/07.

On 27/10/06 66580 heads north with a full load of intermodal wagons through Rugby.

The only Freightliner 66 seen during the day - 66581 leads a westbound coal train past Barnetby East as an eastbound disappears into the distance! (07/04/07)

New Freightliner 66583 is in charge of a loaded westbound coal train at Barnetby station on 07/07/07.

66584, one of the new Freightliner 66/5's, arrives at Barnetby heading east with empty coal hoppers on 07/07/07.

66585 'The Drax Flyer' managed to creep up without me noticing, thus the going-away shot here at Barnetby on 07/07/07.

One of the newer intermodal 66's is 66587, seen here leading a partially loaded intermodal train through the Oxfordshire countryside past the village of Cholsey on 25/06/08.

66589 takes charge of a long solid wall of containers as it heads south through Cholsey towards Reading in a welcome burst of sunshine (25/06/08). Just 15 mins before this was taken there was a torrential downpour - see the photo of 66578 at the same location!
